The products on this page are a selection of companies I’ve worked with recently, many of these are Food and Beverage products, but also include beauty products and fashion.
From Highlite to Kessho Chocolate, to Hoegaarden. Shoots like these can happen anywhere, often done on the table in a meeting room, or an Airbnb. Flexibility is key.
Lalu and Nude are both beauty brands that needed to content to fill social calendars and e-commerce sites. In the case of Lalu (top) their product wasn’t ready, so worked with their Shanghai based marketing agency Wai Social to create images that spoke to the brand image, but not actually show the product.
Many of my clients who are starting a new project need high quality images to be done in an accessible and flexible way. For Yeyo, these photos (and 50 more) were shot within a couple hours on the founders kitchen table with a cafeteria tray full of coconut milk. It’s important to me to stay accessible to smaller clients.
Keeping with the theme of big product shoots done in a small space. These photos for Zeya were taken in a storage room at WeWork.
For Suitsupply, over the course of a two day photoshoot, we created dozens of short social media videos featuring each collection, as well as these images.
I have collaborated with Ever Eden on a range of product shoots, from oils for moms, to sunscreen for babies.
When Hammersmith launched in China, they needed to quickly fill half a year of social media content and build a website, over the course of two seperate days of photoshooting, we did that. Photos and Video.
Tigerbeil makes it’s knives in China before shipping them to Germany. I sat down with the founder at a friends restaurant and produced this image set and accompanying video in 45 minutes.
I need product photos, what do I do?
Often product shoots can be daunting, and depending on how you approach them, they are. I enjoy working with clients who are looking for quality and volume, much of my work is to fill e-commerce sites and social channels. There are big saves you can make shooting products, forget the models, forget the studio - find someone with nice hands and buy them a manicure, roll out some coloured paper on the kitchen table and lets get started.
